The year 2025 marked a turning point for Exomindset. After a period in which the global tech industry experienced extraordinary growth driven by the pandemic, the market shifted toward a more stable, efficiency-oriented rhythm. It was not a downturn but a transition into a landscape where productivity, automation and technical quality became true priorities.
In this context, our evolution followed a different logic. Yes, we grew, but driven by strategy rather than demand. We strengthened our internal capabilities, raised our operational standards and prioritized initiatives with measurable impact.
Six years after our creation, we continue advancing as an organization in constant development. We do not speak of a final stage of maturity but of an ongoing process of professionalization that expands our scope of action. We now have more specialized teams, a more efficient structure and a portfolio that more precisely addresses the needs of companies across multiple industries and geographies.
Strategic alliances that expand our capabilities
This year we strengthened our technology strategy through two key partnerships. First, we formalized our partnership with Snowflake, a global leader in data management and analytics. This enables us to build more robust, scalable architectures geared toward advanced real-time analytics.
In parallel, we began working with ElevenLabs, a global leader in voice-applied AI. Their technology enhances the creation of more natural and personalized conversational experiences, opening new possibilities in automation, customer support and audio-based digital products.
These alliances expand our technical capacity and reinforce our position within the global ecosystem, setting us apart in an increasingly competitive market.
A new standard of quality: ISO 9001
In September we obtained the ISO 9001 certification. Beyond the seal itself, it represents more structured processes, teams aligned with consistent protocols and more reliable deliveries. It allows us to scale with confidence, collaborate with more complex organizations and ensure that quality is an inherent part of our work.
Global presence at trend-setting events
We participated in key international events in Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Cologne, Kraków, San Francisco and Austin. More than institutional presence, we aimed to learn, observe and build strategic relationships. In Europe we deepened our understanding of gaming and data trends that shape global standards. In the United States we explored highly competitive ecosystems and emerging technologies. In Latin America we strengthened our regional network and market perspective.
Traveling to understand how the industry evolves allowed us to validate our model in demanding environments and identify real opportunities for continued growth.
Expanding talent and strengthening regional presence
We are now more than 190 collaborators across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Chile. The growth of our hub in Brazil, with highly specialized technical profiles, expanded our execution capacity and accelerated delivery times. More than adding people, we diversified competencies and strengthened an operational foundation capable of tackling more complex technological challenges.
Technology applied to industries in need of transformation
The breadth of our technological solutions has enabled us to support the transformation of strategic sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, energy, transportation and logistics. In each industry, we work on concrete challenges using specific technologies.
Agriculture: We apply computer vision to identify foliar diseases, assess peanut roasting quality and analyze aerial images captured by drones. These solutions help anticipate production issues and improve decision making.
Manufacturing: We developed automated counting systems, anomaly detection solutions and operational movement analysis. Integration with data pipelines and cloud dashboards enables real-time decision making.
Energy: We implemented cloud native architectures, advanced data processing and voice assistants for roadside emergencies, improving response times and operational safety.
Transportation and logistics: We automated pothole detection using video analysis and built platforms for traceability, route optimization and predictive analytics that reduce costs and increase efficiency.
In every case, technology has evolved from a supporting function to an operational core that improves precision, productivity and resilience.
Advances in gaming, metaverse and new digital experiences
This year we launched our first project inside Fortnite, designing a custom island for a leading brand in Argentina. We also moved forward with Super Conductors, our own video game, which will release its first version in 2026.
Thanks to our integration with Odaclick, we expanded our capabilities in design, art, narrative and interactive development. This positions us to grow in a rapidly expanding sector with increasingly broad creative opportunities.
Organizational integration and operational excellence
As part of our consolidation process, we made significant progress in integrating Exomindset and Odaclick, aligning areas, processes and teams to operate more cohesively and efficiently. We also achieved full integration with ExoApp and HubSpot, allowing us to unify information, standardize workflows and improve traceability across every stage of work.
These advancements strengthened our internal coherence, improved communication between units and laid the foundation for more agile and scalable operations. Thanks to this, we now function as a fully aligned organization, prepared to sustain higher workloads and more complex projects.
Institutional engagement with regional impact
We strengthened our role within organizations that drive technological development in the region. We participated in AmCham’s CEO Committee and collaborated with the Argentine Video Game Association, the Córdoba Technology Cluster, the Córdoba Video Game Cluster and UVITEC, among other entities committed to innovation and industry competitiveness.
Being present in these spaces allows us to actively contribute to shaping the technological agenda, share experiences with other companies and build relationships that enrich our capabilities. These actions are part of a strategy aimed at growing alongside key regional institutions, generating value beyond our projects and consolidating our role as a committed participant in local technological development.

Throughout the year, we advanced initiatives that strengthened our culture and improved the way we collaborate. We incorporated new internal communication spaces, encouraged more participatory work dynamics and promoted ongoing feedback across teams.
